Every product available on n1gpl store is a physical product, hence we take back the product purchased from here in the event that the product is not working or is of no use. If you have purchased the product, you can download that product. If you don’t get it then please contact us within two days, the product will be made available to you or your money will be returned to your account. This is because we have different types of sellers coming to our store who sell their products on our store. If the seller’s money is sent to his/her account within 2 days, if you contact us after 2 days, it will be difficult to get the refund.
